Ownership Privileges
Emerald Racing Stables horse racing partnerships offer each and every investor
the right to participate in the experience of race horse ownership.
Every thoroughbred racing syndication client is
encouraged to visit the horses, meet the trainers and jockeys, and enjoy the world of thoroughbred ownership.
Thoroughbred racing partnerships clients are updated via
web updates, email, or telephone regarding the status of each
offering that they participate in. Our goal is to keep everybody fully
informed and to ensure as best we can horse racing
results.
On race day, every Emerald Racing Stable owner will have full access to the stable area, paddock privileges and of course if we are lucky - a visit to the winners circle for photographs of the winning horse, jockey and owners.
Emerald Racing Stables provides investors quarterly reports and statements detailing the income and expenses for their horses. Complete financial issues, including expenses and distributions, are thoroughly explained in the Emerald Racing Stables General Partnership Agreement.
Partnership Costs
The initial investment for our current offering is $5387 which covers
a 10% share cost, Kentucky Sales Tax of $323.22, and Training Expenditure

Your initial investment covers the cost of the horse as well as all training expenses through December 2005. From the time of your investment through the end of the two-year-old year you will not incur any further expenditure. Emerald Racing Stables sells a minimum of

Returns on your investment
Investing in racehorses is risky. Often a horse owner will not recover the money he invests in the game.
There is however the possibility for financial success. Each of our offerings offers our owners opportunities in which to earn a return on their original investment. They are:
Purse earnings from racing
Sale of horses as racing prospects
Sale of horses as breeding prospects
Sale of foals out of partnership- owned mares
Syndication as stallions
